Returns - Personalized Items
We are committed to perfectly creating each product as you imagine it when you order. As such, we spend a lot of time and care perfecting each piece throughout the production process. Because of this, we do not accept returns on personalized items. If a personalized product has an error made by you when placing the order, we will not accept a return either. If a personalized product has a mistake made by us, please contact us within 7 days so we can evaluate the mistake and make it right for you. 

Returns - Non- Personalized Items
You may exchange any purchased item or return it within 3 days for store credit. 

Shipping
At the present time, we are a local to Cleveland, Ohio business only. That being said, we do make exceptions on a case by case basis. If you need your gift to be shipped, please contact us to discuss. 

Pickup
We will contact you by email when your order is ready for pickup. Please pickup within 72 hours at the address provided in your confirmation email. 

Order Process Time
Please allow 7 days from when you place your order for it to be ready. If you need rushed processing, please email us and we can usually accommodate. However, some orders may be subject to a rush fee, of which you will be notified before the order is placed.
